Checking of individual results for the recent Civil Service Exam for the Paper-and-Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) March 17, 2019 for the Professional and Sub-Professional level will be released by the Philippine Civil Service Commission on May 31, 2019. To know whether you passed or failed the exam, you can search your name at the List of Passers (http://www.csc.gov.ph/cseppt031719/cseppt) but you can't see there your score.
Getting your civil service exam result is very easy and convenient. Prepare necessary information like examinee number, date of examination, type of exam, and the region number where you took the exam. These details will be needed to fill up the online form to generate your rating. But for the March 17, 2019 CSE-PPT Exam, the examinee number is no longer needed.

Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) by May 31, 2019. Please note that no report of rating shall be mailed to individual examinees.
To use OCSERGS, the examinee should encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields accurately, following the proper format. Examinee number is no longer needed.
Step 1. Go to Online Career Service Examination Result Generation System website http://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/ (Sometimes the website is slow due to high number of visits, so just patiently wait for the page to load.)
Step 2. You will be landed to OCSERGS Main Page. Supply the following information:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Ext. Name (if any)
- Middle Initial
- Date of Birth
- Date of Examination
- Type of Examination
- Place of Examination
Please make sure that you've entered correct details to avoid redoing the steps.
Take note that the passing rate is at 80%. Congratulations if you pass the Civil Service Exam – Paper and Pencil Test. But don't lose hope if you failed, there's always a next time as CSC announced that THERE SHALL be no limit to the number of times one can take the Career Service Examination (CSE), both for Professional and Sub-Professional levels. With specific requirements, 18 years old and above, and have not taken the same level of examination within three months before the date of examination.
